excel 2003: remove duplicate entries within a column

Need assistance to find a formula that will look at a
column of email address (approximately 3,100 entries long
and growing daily) and either delete the duplicates or at
least highlight them so they can be readily seen to
delete. please respond to my email address if possible,
(e-mail address removed).
