I have an issue with two users using a document on the network. Here is the
scenario.
1. User 1 opens document with Excel 2002 intending to make changes.
2. User 2 opens document with Excel 2003 Viewer to look at document.
Document is still open on User 1's desktop.
3. User 1 cannot makes changes to the document as she recieves errors that
he file is read only.
Shouldn't the file still be writtable since User 1 opened it first and User
2 is only viewing it?
