Excel 2003 won't allow JPG or PNG Hyperlinks

I upgraded from Excel 2002 to 2003.
My 2002 hyperlinks connect perfectly. When I add a new hyperlink, the
Information is perfect but the link is not made. NO error message.

PDF, DOC & XLS link perfectly.
