Excel 2003

I have Office Small Business Edition 2003 and have updated as necessary -
currently running SP3. My excel program has just stopped working and says
that it needs to install the program again. my problem is that I installed it
over the web and the installing wizard says that it needs a file SKU1CA.CAB
which is nowhere to be found on my computer. Can anyone help?
