Whenever Excel 2003 is run by clicking on an Excel file, I get a blue
worksheet and the menu buttons are greyed out. The only way to get around
this problem, is by starting Excel and then selecting open from the menu,
then it displays the worksheet correctly. I've patched office 2003 to SP3 and
have removed and re-installed office 2003, but I still have the same problem.
