when i format the x-axis of a chart and tell the text alignment to be
at a 45 degree angle, the value is lined up with the tick marks on the
chart... but in the case of a bar chart, the bars are in between tick
marks.
how do i push the text to the right so that the text is aligned on an
angle with the bars, and not the tick marks??
