Excel 2004 crashes in Print Preview

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Hi,
When I am in print preview mode and I want to see the second page of my document Excel crashes when I click on the slider bar on the right. This has happened numerous times with different worksheets, none of which are very complex. I tried trashing Excel's preferences and restarting the computer, but it still happens every time.

The version of Excel I'm using is 11.5.4. I'm on an Intel dual-core MacBook Pro with 4 GB of memory. Please let me know if there is any more information you need.

Thanks,

Andy

My wife told me I should use the green arrows in the upper left of the print preview window. I was able to see the second page of one of my worksheets, but when I clicked to go back to the first page, Excel crashed again.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Andy;

One thing - you're missing the latest update to Office 2004 (11.5.5) which
is a biggie :) You might want to run Help> Check for Updates.

It might not be a bad idea to also check the mfr's site for an updated
printer driver. Print Preview is generated by the driver, not by Excel, so
that could be the problem as well.
