Excel 2004 file not opens anymore

I've a 6MB file with more than 300 sheets which I've been working in for
serveral months that does not open anymore. iMac G4, 1,25, 768 MB, 10.3.9.
Excel version 11.5.1
I've tried quitting, rebooting, switching off, deleting prefs (plist),
running onyx, following McGimpsey's but nothing works. It is not a memory
problem. It is not a font problem either. It does not already open in my
MacIntel 1.8, 1024MB, 10.4.11. Same Excel.
But it does open in Dell Pentium IV 3.0, 568MB Windows XP SP2, Excel 97, and
what is more surprising it also opens when I use an older versión of excel
(11.3.7) which I had in an external FW disk (bkup, a year ago) directly
running in that FWDD and showing up in my G4.
Whatever transformations I do to thes file, either on the PC or under 11.3.7
or even under the original 11.2.0(it also opens with it) it doesn't open
under 11.5.1 or 11.5.0.
Besides I have several other files similar to this that I can easily open.
So the point is that I can choose between:
a) dont fix the problem, recreate the file from an older one with the newer
information avoiding using 11.5.1 and hope it will work again (about 20 hours
of work), and not knowing whether it will happen again and giving up from
Microsoft Updates.
b) try to find the problem

¿Any help?

Is there any chance you could share your file with me to investigate? On
rare occasions, we make changes to Excel for security reasons to block
malicious attacks due to vulnerabilities when particular files are opened.
It's possible that there's something about your file that presented such a
vulnerability and a change in 11.5 has resulted in Excel blocking such
files.

Thanks,

Sure.

Can you instruct me how to deal with the actual links in order not to
interfere with the matter of your investigations? Would you prefer them to be
deactivated or do you prefer the linked files in the same directory? May I
send it to you by e-mail?

Thanks. You're file is too big to make it to me via email so you would need
to use a web file sharing service to share it with me. If you could provide
me with the linked files too that would make it easiest to investigate.

Thanks for your help with this.

I haven't received your mail telling me where I can get your file. Please
contact me offline again and we'll try to get this straightened out.

Thanks,
