Excel 2007 - Add a tab in the Ribbon

Hello,

In Excel 2007, I have the following tabs in the Ribbon:

- Home
- Insert
- Page Layout
- Formulas
- Data
- Review
- View
- Developer

Can I create a new tab in which I could insert buttons to launch Macros???
The only little thing is that I need to see the button's image and text...
