In all Office Version when we use Advance Filter copy to another Loaction, it
Gives me error , you can copy filter data in to active worksheet,so I need to
go to New worksheet and give the command.

So can't we have an icon in andvance filter to copy in an new workbook, or
new sheet.

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Can you give a step by
step description of what you currently have to do and what you'd prefer
to be able to do?

Thanks,

It's a consequence of the perverse way Microsoft has implemented
Advanced Filters, specifically, due to this command creating the
worksheet-level name Extract. The braindead part is that it can only
create this Extract name in ActiveSheet, but it has no problem not
creating the worksheet-level name Criteria when the criteria range is
on another worksheet.

This is a very long-standing Excel annoyance that Microsoft may have
come to believe is a feature.

Finally, you'd be much better off asking Excel-specific questions in
Excel newsgroups.
