After installing the Office 2007 compatability converter, I followed advice
from these discussion groups and managed to solve the word problem I had when
not recognised 2007 files in my 2003 version. This was done through changing
the tools/options/general/confirm conversion at open.
Now I am having the same problem with Excel. Although the converter is
installed (and working on Word), Excel does not recognise or offer any
options for Excel 2007 files.
Any suggestions as to how to solve this anyone? Many thanks.
