Excel 2007 crashed after saving excel 2003 file into 2003 format

Hi,

the original file (v1) is created with excel 2003

1 I opened the file with excel 2007, made shanges and saved as 2003 format
(v2) successfully.
2 The next time I open v2, change the value of any cell and hit "Enter",
excel 2007 hung.

I repeated the above step 1 & 2, same problem.

Pls can anyone help.
