Excel 2007 Crashes Whenever Add-In Button is Clicked

I'm running Office 2007 on roughly 350 machines and when I go into Excel
Options and attempt to check for any Add-Ins, Excel crashes.

I'm fully patched and updated. I've un-installed and reinstalled. I have
no idea what's causing this.

Anyone have any ideas?
