Hi,
when I import .txt or .csv files in Excel 2007 some values are transformed
into formulas, while others, which are formatted excatly the same are not.
The import files contain timestamps like 00:35;-12:14;09:12; ...
Some of the negative time values are treated as formulas, while others are
not.
There is really no discernible system to this behaviour.
The funny thing is - Excel 2003 has no problem with these files and never had.
I already tried to switch of any automatic formatting but to no avail.
This is really _very_ annoying and I already lost several hours
troubleshooting this. Is this part of the usual "wait for service pack 1"
strategy?
