As a programmer I understand how windows paint works. but here it has stopped.
When I add a new spread sheet/work book to the MDI, The sheet shows in front of the other one. If I then move the sheet old sheet around it does not come to the front. It stays moving behind the later sheet. Windows paint class does not appear to be working here.
Frustrating.
