I'm running Office 2007 SP1 on Windows Vista and having an issue where I
cannot open an Excel file by double-clicking Outlook attachments or in
Windows Explorer. I have to go into Excel and click Open, browse to the
file, and select it to Open it.
I think there must be some issues with writing to the temp directory but
have no idea how to correct this. This only happens with Excel, no other
applications.
Any ideas? Thanks!
