Excel 2007 SP2 hangs

When I use in Excell 2007
Insert -> Object -> Create from file -> path to *.txt file than Insert, and
surprise
it's hang.
officelifeboathang.

In Win XP -> bug.
In Win Vista/7 -> working good.

When I use another not *.txt file it's working great.
I tired searching soution for this bug in google.
