Excel 2007 Trust Center

Hi,
when installing an Excel 2007 add-in created in VSTO2005 SE (using the
setup-file created from the VSTO setup-project) into a "Trusted Location" of
Excel 2007 (set in the Excel 2007 Trust Center) the add-in is not loaded. It
is necessary to "full trust" the installation path using the .NET Framework
2.0 Configuration tool to get the add-in running. I wonder why that can't be
achieved by only setting a "Trusted Location" for the installation path of
the add-in in the Trust Center of Excel 2007!?
