Word hangs in Trust Center Settings

Hi, I am using Word 2007 and when I click Trust Center Settings for
configuration Word stops responding. I tried starting in safe mode but you
cannot access the Trust settings at all in safe mode.

Please can someone help.

Have you tried deleting the Data key in the registry (with Word closed)?
