If I try to open a doc directly from explorer, 2 things happen.1st, the Word opening screen (name of program etc) is upside down.Then I can do crl-n to open a blank screen and I can type on it. But (2nd) I cannot save or save-as. Nothing comes up or happens. And sometimes the X for exit doesn't appear. I have to do alt-f4.
I have tried deleting the normal.dotm but it still happens. Same as trying safe mode of Word. I deleted the data key in regedit.
Help! I can get around by opening a blank doc before using the program for work but would like it fixed.
