Excel 2007 Win 7 32 format cell crash

I have several Win 7 machines, some brand new clean installs of Windows 7 32
bit with clean installs of OEM Office 2007 Basic and Pro, and I can crash
Excel 2007 on ALL of them by formatiting a cell in a blank new spreadsheet or
an existing spreadsheet. Every time. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing
etc.

I have installed SP2 on the machines and did repair installs, to no success.

the images were downloaded from Microsft sites for the OEM installs.

is there any fix for this? I have Excel 2007 on XP machines with no issues
what so ever.

Hi T0t0ro,

Try if it helps to select a different default printer.

Thanks Jan that worked. Our old Oki laserprinter drivers seemed to be related
to the cause, and chaning to an HP or updating the printer driver addressed
the issue. Thanks again.
