R Roger Govier Jul 3, 2007 #2 Hi The old shortcut of Alt D O still works to bring up the data Form. If you want it as a menu item you will need to add it to the QAT (Quick access Toolbar) Round Office button>Excel Options>Customise>All Commands>scroll down to Forms>Insert>OK
