Excel 2008 windows

Excel keeps opening the file in a very small size windows (4 rows by 4 columns). Even when I resize and close it, it still does it each and every time. This only occurs for the same file (the data is more than 4 by 4). How do I fix this?

This time, instead of resizing the window, go to Windows-Arrange and make
sure the Windows of active document is checked. Then pick tile. The window
should resize to the full size of the Excel window. Then save and close the
file. It should be OK when it reopens.
