Excel 2008

I am making a bar chart in Excel 2008 and want to show labels and percent on my columns. That option is greyed out and I can only choose label or percent, not both. Is this a bug or is something wrong with my install?

It isn't a bug - Column & Bar Charts have never allowed both labels &
percents... Win or Mac. Those types of chart aren't typically used for that
purpose. Pie Charts are about the only ones that do.
