Is there a keyboard shortcut to call it up?
I frequently use the sequence : Conditional Format - Manage Rules.
Also, what on earth is this 'Applies To' business? I want to edit the
rule in just the one cell I click on (as in Excel 2003), so why does it
bring up a whole bunch of references, some of which don't even refer to
the cells I am currently editing?
