using Excel 2010 file, open it and make changes in cells but the ribbon doesn't do anything it sits plus when i click on 'file' the drop down does not show. The only way I can save it is to click on the 'X' in red box in upper right corner then it asks me if i want to save it. I had previously uninstalled this program & reinstalled it. Wondering if it's corrupted? Do I have to download it again or is there a patch? I'm also having problem with Publisher & posted in that forum as well. Error reading it failed to start correctly. Please advise
