We have an excel file that when opened shows a page that
the fonts for all cells are too big to see more than a
small part of the text. But the font on the toolbar is set
at courier new 10. We can change the font to courier 9 or
anything else and it shows normal. If we change it back it
shows the huge text. If we change it and save it. When we
open it again it shows the changed font but now this one
has huge text. We have copied the information to a new
file and it works ok for a short time. This is happening
to more files now.
It doesn't matter which font we use or the size. This also
only appears to be affecting 1 pc. We have uninstalled
office and ran the eraser97 utility. When we reinstalled
it does the same thing.
