Excel 97 Viewer -- XLINTL32.DLL

help!
Previously, I have used my downloaded excel 97 viewer
(Xlview) to open my *.XIF files. "all of a sudden" the
messg comes that "XLINTL32.DLL" is needed to open Xlview.

XLINTL32.DLL was unavailable from downloads(windows, excel)

-->> where do I get the missing file?

-->>any other way to view *.XIF files(other than KODAK)?
