excel 97

I have a user that has managed to hide the "Worksheet menu bar" in Excel 97.
Alt T does not bring up the tools menu. How do I restore the menus?

Right click on one of the visible toolbars.
In Customize, select the tab Toolbars and select the Worksheet Menubar.
