Excel 97

I have an Excel file built in Office 97, I need to open this file in
Office 2000, but it wont open.

I have Office 97 here and can view it - is there any way I can open
this file in 2000.

There shouldn't really be any reason why the file shouldn't open in 2K.
Do you get any error messages?
