Want to print on address label sheet or envelopes. Already
have spreadsheet ( data base) printed on excel 97.

use mail merge in Word with your Excel spreadsheet as the source data. Very
straight forward, particularly if you have standard labels.

Not too easily done in Excel without a lot of manipulation of data and
row/column sizes.

Best way is to use Word Mailmerge>Labels and Envelopes with Excel as data
source.
