excel--->access

Is it possible that Access is trying to enforce
referential integrity on rows with the same value of the
key field?

I have a sheet made in excel which has the exact same

format as a table in access. when i import the excel table
to access and overwrite the access table some of the rows
do not transfer over and become blanks in the access
table.
