Excel and Outlook 2010 dll error

Hello,
When I recieve excel docs via outlook I receive the following error when
trying to open it up from an email. But once I hit Ok, it opens up the excel
sheet.
..
The language DLL 'VBE7INTL.DLL' could not be found.

Any suggestions on how resolve?
