excel and printing to a okidata 321 printer

I am trying to print an excel form that worked fine when using Windows 9x,
but since I went to Windows XP under the page option on XP it displays A4
transverse 297x210mm and on Windows 9x it displays 8x11-problem is on XP it
does not reformat correctly since the mm don't equal the same as the inches

Any help
