oh i'm so confused! word (that came with officexp) will not open at all (startup screen for word shows up, then automatically quits), and i can open SOME excel doc's in safe mode, but it shuts down immediately after i try to use charts, alter borders or tables, or pretty much anything else that involves altering the worksheet. i've gone to the web page:: http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/ProbsOpeningWord.htm (and one other webpage that was posted on this forum a few days ago...) and did everything it told me to, restarted my computer, and nothing was fixed. what do i do now?
