Excel as DataBase in Front Page

Has anyone successfully used Excel as a database in FRont
Page, allowing users to make changes and update the
spreadsheet?

I am almost there I think but now am getting a "Data Type
mismatch in criteria expression" error message from the
ODBC Excel Driver.

Any ideas???? Thank You
