Excel Attachment opening slowly

Not sure if this is an Excel issue, or Outlook.

I have 3 users that when they receive an email with an
Excel sheet and they
try to open it, it takes a very long time. Even for a
small 30k item. I
have other users that it opens right away.

Is there something in Excel that I need to look at?

Sometimes cleaning up the windows temp folder will help.

Maybe you'll see something that can help.

If none of this works, maybe you could see what happens if they save to a
harddrive first (and open from there).
