Hello,
On Excel, I would like to have a "one-click" tool (probably a macro ?)
that displays a distribution / frequency chart of one column data.
For example, if my column is the following (with, in first line, the
column title) :
FRUITS
Apple
Peach
Apple
Banana
Peach
Coconut
Apple
I would like the macro to display the following chart (better seen with
fixed width font) :
FRUITS
--------+----+----
Values | # | %
--------+----+----
Apple | 3 | 43
Peach | 2 | 29
Banana | 1 | 14
Coconut | 1 | 14
--------+----+----
TOTAL | 7 |100
I know that we can create that chart with a dynamic excel chart, but it
needs about 15 clicks to build it.
In a perfect world, as soon as I select a column, the above chart would
be displayed "ghostly", at the bottom of the screen, for instance.
Do you know how to do this ?
