Excel cannot access the file

Hello.

I have a problem. I have a web site with some excel reports. There are
some users, that they can not open any excel files. An error window is
shown:

ERROR FOUND:

Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file .... there are several
possible reasons:

- The file name or path does not exist
- The file is being used by another program
- The workbook you are trying yto save has the same name as a
currently open workboo.

Any reason is correct in my case.

With Excel 97, 2000 works fine, but with Excel 2003 (in some
computers) I get this error. Not always it is happening. Depends on
the computer. Maybe, it would be an option checked in the IE, Excel,
but I do not know, what.

The application is working with IIS5 and NT4.


Could anybody help me?
