Excel Charts and VIsio drawings in form protected Word 2000

I've embedded an Excel chart and Visio drawing into a
protected Word 2000 form, is there a way I can let users
update these without un-protecting the document?

Stick section breaks around the bits to be edited and when you prtext
as a form, just protext the sections that need it.
