Excel closes unexpectedly

When using the File Open Menu, Excel closes unexpectedly
when attempting to open workbook. This also occurs on
Word.

Could be a corrupt .xlb. Search for your excel.xlb and
delete it. You'll have to rebuild your custom toolbar but
it's worth the trouble vs. reinstalling.
