Excel columns and rows are both numbered

My Excel columns are now numbered instead of being alphabetical so what was
A1 is now R1C1. How do I return to alphabetically labeled columns? Thanks

This is an Access newsgroup, and your question would be better asked in an
Excel newsgroup. However, it's a slow night, so now that you're here ...

Select Options from the Tools menu, select the General tab, and uncheck the
"R1C1 reference style" check box.
