Excel "Columns&Rows" sizes

Does anybody know the co-relation between the standard
Excel sizes for columns and rows to inches/millimeters?

From the VBE help :

Row height is measured in points. A "point" equals 1/72 inch.

Column width is measured by the width of one character in the Normal
Style. For proportional fonts, the width of the character 0 (zero) is
used.
