excel contacts to Outlook 2007

Here’s the error message I get when I try to import an address book saved as
a csv file from thunderbird to outlook 2007.
.."an error has occured in the ms outlook translator to build a field map"
internal error: unable to load file access Engine(.fae)DLL, additional
outlook translators can be installed from the valupack"
I don’t know what that means ..the above error??
If I try to import an Excel 97-2003 file I get a message that says “error in
the translator in excel 97-2003: and that I need to name the range in excel.
What do I do? I’ve set the range to A2:D:827 is that not correct
