Excel: Copy and Paste Without Losing Cell Sizes

Hello :)

Is there a way to copy and paste from one spreadsheet to anothe
without losing the colum and row sizes? Everytime I try to copy an
paste I have to resize the cells again.

At the leftmost column of the destination, right click and select Paste
Special ( or select it in the Edit menu). There select the radio button for
Column Widths, press OK. Then paste the data normally.

I don't know any way to specifically copy the row heights.
