Excel Crashes on load

Chuck

When i try to open excel each time it crashes. I recently uninstalled
& reinstalled office with a new product key

I read another thread and tried these things with no luck

holding shift when i open excel
creating a new user and running excel (the setup program crashed then
excel crashed)

I am running the latest version of osX and office seems to be all
updated.

Any ideas on how to fix this? my error log is posted below.
In addition when i launch Word i get an error that spell check could
not be loaded.

Any assistance is appreciated.
