Excel Crashes on simple calculation blank document

Excel 2002 SP3

If you load Excel and a simple calculation 1+2, =sum(A1,B1) causes a crash
(regardless of where it's located) it just crashes after you press enter.

Normally excel /safe works, it didn't... Tried excel/unregserver and
/regserver no change.

Any ideas?
