excel data

I have a field in a table that will store Microsoft Excel Workbooks.
However, on the form I am building to enter into this table, I'm unsure how
to allow users to input a workbook or worksheet. The data in the worksheet
is raw data that is linked to each entry in the table, and it is necessary
that at least the sheet the data is on be saved into the database, rather
than hyperlinked.
