Excel Default Cell Format Problem

My numbers display as if they are all dived by 100; enter 555 display = 5.55.
How do I get back to a normal display?

Hi,

In 2003 choose Tools, Options, Edit and uncheck Fixed decimal

In 2007 choose Office Button, Excel Options, Advanced, and uncheck
Automatically insert a decimal point.
