excel defaults

Hi, I need to change the default measurement in Excel
from centimetres to inches as I used to use in previous
office programs can anyone help please

Start|Control Panel|Regional ...
In Windows XP click Customise
On Number tab at bottom, change Measurement System from Metric to US
